As a Retail Associate, you'll play an essential role in creating an inviting and efficient shopping experience. You'll support smooth store operations, work collaboratively with a passionate team, and directly contribute to our mission of improving lives through the power of work.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement

Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting shoppers.

Answer customer inquiries and provide product recommendations with a positive and professional demeanor.

Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment to enhance the shopping experience.

Sales & Goal Achievement

Support the team in meeting and exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Actively promote store promotions and initiatives.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate with teammates to overcome challenges and share best practices.

Participate in team meetings, offering ideas and insights to improve store performance.

Store Operations

Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and conduct inventory counts.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment that aligns with company standards.

Problem Solving

Adapt to changing business needs, multitask effectively, and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:

A passion for retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Strong teamwork and communication skills with a proactive attitude.

Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic retail environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required - we'll provide the training!
