About the Role:

The Salaried Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality services in our stores. This position is responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the management team to implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, this role involves monitoring financial performance and assisting in budget management to achieve profitability goals. Ultimately, the Assistant Manager will contribute to creating a welcoming environment that fosters repeat business and positive reviews.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of hospitality operations and customer service principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with budget management and financial reporting.

Familiarity with property management systems and booking software.

Certification in hospitality management or related professional development courses.

Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in daily operations and management of staff.

Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.

Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.

Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance service quality.

Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
