This will be a first shift (Monday-Friday 7:00am- 3:30pm) position at our Racine facility (8635 Washington Avenue, Mt Pleasant, WI). The Assembler II is responsible for assembling parts according to specified Work Instructions. This position may be required to rotate throughout the facility in a variety of assembly tasks. Challenging work: Large variety of tasks and responsibilities What You\'ll Do Assemble components with precision and care Ensure quality standards are met every step of the way Contribute to a safe, collaborative, and supportive workplace Use basic printing programs to complete customer orders when required for a specific job and make adjustments when needed on your own. Use Production system to record day-to-day customer order activity, view work instructions and report completed work. Take initiative to ensure priority items are completed and when needed seek out additional information from lead or Supervisor. Education and Experience: High School Degree/GED Preferred 3+ years of experience in assembly/manufacturing desired Competencies: Collaboration: Work collaboratively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. Communication: Convey information and ideas clearly and concisely to individuals or groups in an engaging manner that helps them understand and retain the message; listen actively to others.
