Senior Program Managers, Procurement Strategy with Rivian Automotive, LLC in Normal, IL. Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of core data records. Ensure that the actions taken by our direct procurement group are properly reflected in systems, reports, and dashboards. Work at the center of Rivians procurement team to ensure that the information required is there. Make decisions in a rapidly changing environment with focus on Part and Cost Master data systems maintained by the Procurement Organization. Responsible for sitting in cost approval forums and ensure discussions properly reflect in the cost systems. Prepare and review discrepancy reports to monitor core data records for completion and accuracy and support in efforts to clean up as needed. Support in the preparation of light analytics reports, ranging from one-off spreadsheets to dashboard development for re-occurring asks. Review and maintain organizational data standards including SOP and training pages. Lead the defining of part and supplier data characterization, improving our current supply chain.\ \ RQMTS: Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a closely related field and one year of experience in any occupation as manufacturing engineer, industrial engineer, or related occupation. Must have experience with the following: performing analytics and management for system improvements; working with data manipulation, dashboarding, and reporting; reviewing and maintaining organizational standards including SOPs and/or training documents; performing enhanced data accuracy and optimizing business processes; utilizing Lean Six Sigma, 5S, and SolidWorks; and working with Tableau and Power BI. Salary Range: \$123,000-\$131,000/yr.
