Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Durham, North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of providing excellent service in a call center setting. You will play a key role in handling a high volume of inbound calls and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Provide accurate information and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Manage data entry tasks related to customer interactions and maintain detailed records.

Handle email correspondence to address customer concerns and follow up as needed.

Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments to meet customer needs.

Process orders and ensure timely and accurate entry into the system.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and analyze data.

Maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to established procedures and guidelines.

Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service quality.

Demonstrate adaptability in managing both inbound and outbound calls as required. Requirements - Minimum of one year of experience working in a call center environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.

Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for managing and analyzing information.

Ability to handle high volumes of inbound calls while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience with email correspondence and order entry processes.

Proven ability to schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently.
