The Manufacturing Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. This role requires strong coordination of resources, schedules, and risks while driving collaboration across engineering and production.

You will make an impact by:

Leading, coaching, and influencing cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and supply chain.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Building consensus and driving accountability across all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Capable of making sound decisions under pressure, balancing competing priorities, and managing risks proactively.

Knowledge of OSHA, ISO, and other applicable quality and safety standards in manufacturing.

Commitment to fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Project Management: Expertise in managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure.

Leadership: Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams toward achieving project goals.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Analytical and decisive in addressing challenges and obstacles.

Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.

Financial Acumen: Proficiency in preparing, managing, and controlling project budgets.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or 5+ years in Manufacturing with 2+ years geared toward Manufacturing Engineering.

Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Experience managing vendor and supplier contracts.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), project management platforms (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, production schedules, and KPIs.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
