Summary The Integration Lead for the NASA Integrated Operations Center (NIOC) drives enterprise technical integration across services, resolves complex design conflicts, and aligns requirements with OCIO programs, missions, and Centers. You will develop and execute technology roadmaps, embed them into service processes and enterprise architecture, establish performance metrics, promote data-driven improvement, and ensure compliance with technical and governance standards. Lead enterprise-level technical integration across NASA Integrated Operations Center (NIOC) services, resolve complex design conflicts, and establish integration standard. Direct cross-organizational alignment of technical requirements and deliverables with Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) enterprise programs, missions, and Centers. Develop and oversee implementation of NIOC technology roadmaps, ensuring integration across service line processes, milestones, and architectures. Establish enterprise performance metrics and lead data-driven modernization and continuous improvement initiatives across NIOC services. Direct enterprise architecture governance and execution of technical requirements for NIOC services across the enterprise. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify for GS-12, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level. Coordinating technical integration of network and infrastructure services and resolving system design or configuration conflicts; Supporting development and maintenance of infrastructure technology roadmaps and implementing network and system requirements within established enterprise architecture standards; Developing and tracking operational performance metrics for network and infrastructure services and implementing data-driven improvements to service delivery. To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level. Leading enterprise-level integration of network and infrastructure services and resolving complex design conflicts across multiple IT domains; Developing and directing implementation of infrastructure and network technology roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture and organizational strategic objectives; Establishing enterprise performance metrics for network and infrastructure services and overseeing data-driven modernization and compliance with technical and governance standards.
