Job Summary: Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all Porcupine School IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, time and attendance software, video camera system and other software applications, in active consultation with the Principal.
Requirements:
1.) Capable of u sing word processing, spreadsheet, database and basic accounting software.
2.) Experience in performing diagnostic testing, repair, installation, upgrading and preventive maintenance and computers and operating systems.
3.) Capable of maintaining website, network, email and other network services to the school.
4.) Ability to manage confidential information.
5.) Ability to establish and maintain a pleasant, courteous and helpful working environment, including having respectful relationships with students, other school employees, vendors and the general public.
Qualifications:
1.) Minimum of an A.A. Degree in Business Computers or Computer Science required. B.S./B.A. in Computer Science Technology preferred.
2.) Minimum of two (2) years' experience in Systems Administration.
3.) Must possess or obtain (within 3 months) and maintain a legal driver's license.
4.) Must take and pass a Drug and Alcohol test, and Childcare Background Investigation.
