Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description

A new distribution center in the eastern Indianapolis area is searching for warehouse associates.

Responsibilities

Performing cycle counts and staging products throughout the warehouse.

Utilizing RF scanner for inventory tracking.

Handling material weighing 50 pounds consistently.

Loading, unloading, and staging products using electric pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts.

Managing documentation and paperwork, including BOLs, invoices, and inventory tracking.

Maintaining general cleanliness throughout the facility as needed.

Essential Skills

Experience in forklift operation.

Proficiency in inventory management, picking, packing, and general labor.

Skills in packaging, material handling, and shipping and receiving.

Experience in production and manufacturing.

Proficiency in inventory control and cycle counting.

Experience with sit-down forklifts, staging, palletizing, wrapping, and packaging.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to operate a sit-down forklift.

Capability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Experience using an RF scanner.

Proficiency in performing inventory control and cycle counts.

Experience with BOLs and ERP systems.

Leadership abilities.

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Greenfield, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
