Our client, a leading organization in the Technology Solutions Industry is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, independent thinking and organizational skills.

Job Title: Warehouse Manager - Directly Hired

Location: Palmetto, FL

Pay Range: $25

Shift: 8am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Ensure the safe, clean, and efficient operation of the warehouse/integration area in compliance with relevant standards.

Complete and maintain necessary paperwork such as shipping and tracking labels, and accurately enter data into various software platforms.

Participate in inventory and cycle count activities weekly or as needed, reporting variances and correcting discrepancies using approved methods.

Maintain and order consumable supplies to support warehouse operations effectively.

Pick, pack, and ship inventory to meet customer demands, and prepare equipment and shipments accordingly.

What's Needed?

Associate's degree in a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of proven front-line warehouse operations experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and inventory controls.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) with strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
