Overview:

The Merchandise Associate is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while assisting with the sale of merchandise and rentals throughout the park. This role includes operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all guests. The Merchandise Associate plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by providing friendly, efficient service and supporting team operations.

Pay: $8.50/Hr

Responsibilities:

Maintain merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized.

Keep areas clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly.Answer guest questionsregardingproducts, promotions, and park information.

Accurately handle transactions using point-of-sale systems.

Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests following establishedcompanyand sanitationstandards.

Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times.

Assistwith opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of Merchandise stations.

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines.

Qualifications:

Guest Service - Strong interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and positive guest experience.

Attention to Detail - Ensuring accuracy in food and beverage preparation, POS transactions, and compliance with standards.

Time Management - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Problem-Solving - Ability to resolve guest concerns and operational issues quickly and professionally.

Adaptability - Ability to adjust to changing guest needs and operational demands.

Reliability & Dependability - Consistently punctual, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining standards.

Minimum Requirements

At least 15 years of age or older.

Work in varied weather conditions.

Must obtain and maintainServSafe Food Handlers Certification.

Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule, including nights,weekends, and holidays.

Black slip- resistant shoes required

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level is generally moderate to high.
