UBS Business Solutions US LLC is hiring an Authorized Officer, CCAR Operational Risk Officer (ref. Code 001699) in Weehawken, NJ.Duties: Act as a compliance and operational risk control (C&ORC) subject-matter expert across business divisions, supporting them in managing risk and completing stress testing regulatory examinations. Ensure the C&ORC framework is kept in line with policies and procedures as well as legal, regulatory and business standards. Prepare pre-workshop materials and post workshop documentation for the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR). Review and challenge material risk identification and help manage operational risk loss projections for CCAR. Deliver independent risk assessment and provide effective challenge to the 1st and 2nd line of defense in relation to consequential risks and the risk frameworks. Data management of IHC internal loss events and create reports on a quarterly basis for new operational risk events. Review external events and other metrics to support our idiosyncratic scenario workshops. Enhance the documentation for all our CCAR submission materials. Support and minute operational risk workshops for all capital components. Address any MRAs/MRIAs from the recent Federal Reserve reviews of Operational Risk for CCAR. Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field of study. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field of study and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience as a Financial Quantitative Analyst, CCAR Operational Risk Officer or a related occupation in lieu of Master's degree.Related skills may be required. #LI-DNP.The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
