How you'll make an impact in this role

In this role, you aren't just a clinician-you are an advocate for your patients' independence. You will join a collaborative environment where your fresh perspective is valued as you:

Architect Custom Recovery Plans: You'll perform initial and ongoing assessments, transforming your clinical findings into a roadmap for patient success.

Empower Patients & Families: Beyond the exercises, you'll act as a coach and educator, involving families in the care plan to ensure a holistic recovery process.

Deliver Evidence-Based Care: You will apply your technical skills and standard therapy interventions to help patients reach their functional milestones.

Grow Through Leadership: As you gain confidence, you will eventually mentor students and coordinate with PTAs and support staff, ensuring a seamless experience for every patient on your floor.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required.

Master's degree preferred.
