Summary of Role:
The Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Supply Chain Strategist to strengthen GF's end-to-end supply chain capabilities. This role plays a pivotal part in driving strategic clarity, improving operational execution and supporting cross-functional alignment across Planning, Materials, Logistics, Sourcing and our strategic stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with deep supply chain expertise to evaluate current performance, identify improvement opportunities and build enterprise-level strategies that enhance resiliency, efficiency and customer fulfillment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Logistics, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Enablement teams to drive alignment around integrated supply chain priorities.
Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance to identify bottlenecks, risks and capability gaps across the organization.
Develop strategic recommendations and frameworks to strengthen planning maturity, materials flow, inventory efficiency and supply assurance.
Support the development of long-range strategies, including scenario modeling and what-if analysis to guide executive decisions.
Translate complex analytical insights into concise, actionable strategies and executive-ready communications.
Build and maintain dashboards, models, and KPI frameworks that support visibility and proactive decision-making across the supply chain.
Drive cross-functional problem-solving on high-priority issues that impact customer service, supply continuity, manufacturing throughput or inventory health.
Support the design and refinement of supply chain operating mechanisms, planning cadences and governance structures that enable consistency and accountability globally.
Influence stakeholders at all levels by providing objective insights, facilitating alignment sessions and ensuring that strategic initiatives convert into measurable operational outcomes.
Handle sensitive operational and business-critical information with discretion and professionalism.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in supply chain functions such as planning, materials management, logistics, operations, or supply chain strategy.
Strong analytical capability with proficiency in planning systems, ERP/APS tools, forecasting methods and supply chain analytics.
Demonstrated experience leading or supporting cross-functional supply chain initiatives with measurable impact.
Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills; able to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
Fluency in English, written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, automotive, or similar complex supply chain environments.
Experience with scenario modeling, capacity planning, inventory optimization, or network strategy.
Familiarity with planning transformations, digital supply chain tools and end-to-end process standardization.
Experience building executive-level presentations, supply chain business cases, or analytics dashboards.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority and collaborate across a global matrixed organization.
High level of emotional intelligence and curiosity; able to understand cross-functional perspectives and operational realities.

Expected Salary Range
$130,000.00 - $227,000.00
