We're searching for a Skopje-based Accountant to join our Global Controlling team, so that we can support accurate financial operations and maintain reliable, compliant financial data across the organisation. The Accountant will process financial transactions, perform reconciliations, and support reporting activities to ensure accurate financial insights that enable informed business decision-making across RLDatix.

How You'll Spend Your Time

· Process financial transactions and prepare journal entries to maintain accurate and compliant accounting records.

· Perform reconciliations and validate transactional data in order to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.

· Compile and consolidate financial data to support monthly reporting and variance analysis.

· Operate accounting systems and digital tools in order to support efficient financial processing and data management.

· Prepare audit documentation and maintain organised financial records to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

· Experience in accounting operations, finance, or a related financial administration role.

· Proven success in accurately processing financial transactions and supporting month-end close activities.

· In-depth knowledge of core accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting procedures. Knowledge of NetSuite is considered a plus.

· Sincere interest in contributing to operational excellence and supporting safer healthcare outcomes through strong financial governance.

· A knack for working collaboratively within a cross-functional, global team environment while maintaining strong individual accountability.
