Production Associate - Engine Disassembly

Location: Henderson, CO

Pay: $23.50/HR

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Disassemble high-horsepower diesel engines

Clean and inspect engine components for the next stage of production

Operate machines and equipment safely and efficiently

Rotate through tasks to keep your work engaging and dynamic

What We're Looking For:

Fast learner willing to pick up new skills

Mechanical aptitude and detail-oriented approach

Experience with engines and hand tools a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Safety & Environment:

Always put safety first by spotting hazards and using PPE

Maintain compliance with company safety standards

Quality:

Perform thorough inspections and ensure quality procedures are followed

Report and control any non-conforming materials

Production:

Achieve production targets and keep your workspace clean

Work closely with teammates and support staff to keep operations running smoothly

Teamwork:

Communicate well, share ideas for improvement

Take part in training for skill and career development
