Second Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00 - 11:30 CSTJob Responsibilities Assist Industrial Engineers in conducting time studies, motion studies, and work sampling to establish and maintain accurate standard times for manufacturing operations. Collect and analyze production data, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement. Support the design and implementation of efficient workstation layouts, material flow paths, and production line configurations. Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow charts. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) by contributing to root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Conduct equipment utilization studies and make recommendations for optimization. Help maintain and update engineering documentation, including bills of material, process sheets, and production reports. Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes and improvements. Assist in training production personnel on new processes, equipment, and work methods. Perform basic statistical analysis of production data and generate reports.

Associate's degree in Industrial Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a role related to process improvement or industrial engineering support. Familiarity with industrial engineering principles, including time and motion study, facility layout, and process flow. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and documentation. Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
