Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead innovative marketing strategies and drive business growth. This role requires a blend of creative vision and technical expertise to execute impactful campaigns, manage cross-functional teams, and optimize the use of marketing technologies.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with leadership and business program teams to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.

Organize and present monthly performance reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and actionable insights.

Oversee partnerships with consulting agencies specializing in analytics, paid media, and other marketing initiatives.

Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to unique audience needs and program objectives.

Maintain and update the annual marketing budget, including quarterly forecasting.

Optimize and manage the marketing technology stack, including tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Webflow.

Analyze data to generate insights and comprehensive reporting across all channels.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, web design, or a related field.

Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Webflow, Hubspot, and Semrush.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and projects effectively.

Expertise in understanding customer journeys and marketing funnels.

Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
