As Senior Project Manager in the project management office will lead and manage projects that involve the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems and solutions. Your role will require strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices, as well as effective project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

We have opportunities available in the New England region.

As a Sr. Project Manager , you'll be at the heart of our projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Your day will involve developing comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines. You'll allocate and coordinate resources, including engineers, technicians, equipment, and materials, to keep the project on track.

You'll provide technical guidance and expertise to our engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Establishing strong communication channels with clients will be key, as you'll need to understand their requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns. Additionally, you'll monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure we stay within financial targets

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university;

Previous experience in electrical engineering, project management , or a related role

Experience with utilities , electrical system design , installation, and maintenance projects

10 - 15 years experience or greater

PMP preferred

This role is designated as remote, giving you the flexibility to primarily work from home while staying actively connected to your team and projects. Benefits & Salary:

This position pays between $130,000 and $160,000 annually and is an exempt position.

Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.

Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.

May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
