Our client, a professional membership association, is seeking a member services coordinator to join their team. As a member services coordinator, you will be part of the Membership Team that provides outstanding service to members across the nation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Member Services Coordinator

Location: Hagerstown, MD

Pay Rate: $20/hr

What's the Job?

Maintain accurate member records through data entry, account updates, and database management

Provide member support via phone and email, resolving account and membership inquiries

Process new and renewal memberships, including generating certificates, cards and packets

Prepare and compile monthly reports, renewal notic es, and member statistics

Support ongoing membership projects such as benefit fulfillment, directory updates, and recruitment/retention initiatives

What's Needed?

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in web-based membership databases

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Customer service experience, preferably in an office or membership-based setting

Team-oriented attitude with a focus on accuracy and professionalism
