Our well-known, fast casual restaurant client is looking for a freelance Brand Marketing Manager to provide interim marketing support for their team for the next three months.

This role is:\

40 hours/week\

Onsite 3 days/week (Tuesday - Thursday) in Oak Brook, IL.

This role will support Brand Marketing, Local Restaurant Marketing, and Brand Partnerships, driving guest frequency and strengthening the brand\'s position as an iconic, beloved favorite. Ideal candidates bring deep QSR, fast casual, or consumer brand experience and can quickly step in to guide a high performing team.

Requirements of the Brand Marketing Manager:\

7+ years of brand management experience in QSR, fast casual, or

consumer products\

Proven success building and executing brand and campaign strategies\

Experience with agency management, consumer insights, and integrated

marketing\

Knowledge of working on grand opening/new location launch campaigns\

Able to operate both strategically and hands on in a fast-paced

environment\

Project management software experience like Asana

Responsibilities of the Brand Marketing Manager:\

Lead and support the Brand Marketing, Local Restaurant Marketing, and

Brand Partnerships teams\

Drive brand strategy, integrated campaigns, product launches, and

promotional moments\

Increase guest frequency, loyalty, and overall brand health\

Partner with cross functional teams and agency partners to execute

national and local initiatives\

Provide direction during a period of transition while maintaining team

momentum\

Ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all channels and touchpoints

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
