Our Client, a Higher Education Technology company, is looking for an IT Asset Management Contractor II for their Malvern, PA location. Responsibilities:

Support Anthology asset intake and ongoing asset management activities

Track, update, and maintain asset records with a high degree of accuracy

Perform software licensing reconciliation, identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution

Analyse and manage asset data using Excel (e.g., tracking, reporting, reconciliation)

Provide general asset management and administrative support as needed

Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure assets are properly documented and aligned with project needs

Requirements:

Prior experience in asset management (IT, software, or related asset tracking preferred)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data analysis, reconciliation)

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Clear communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Experience with software licensing and compliance tracking

Familiarity with large enterprise or project-based asset environments

Relevant Degree, Certification and Experience
