SAIA Corporate Internship Program - Finance Intern FP&AThe Saia Corporate Internship Program is a 10-week paid summer internship running from June 1, 2026 to August 7, 2026. Interns gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful projects. The program includes a structured learning curriculum, mentorship, job shadowing, Lunch & Learns, and a capstone presentation to the Executive Team.

Position Summary

Supports various departments by performing administrative tasks, assisting with projects, and gaining practical experience.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

Assists with daily operations and administrative tasks.

Prepares and edits documents, presentations, and reports.

Helps organize and maintain files and records.

Supports team members with project-related activities and assignments.

Provides customer service support and answer inquiries.

Works with various teams to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Rising juniors or rising seniors only

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Perform variance and trend analysis across business units

Build and maintain financial models and dashboards

Assist in preparing management reporting and executive summaries

Support ad hoc analysis for business initiatives
