Job Title: Box Truck Driver Job Description

Join our team as a Box Truck Driver where you will be assigned routes based on availability, delivering alcohol to stores and restaurants across NYC, Long Island, Hamptons, Philadelphia, or NJ. This role involves non-dock drop-offs with a typical day consisting of up to 40 stops in the city or around 20 stops in NJ. City drivers will receive assistance from 1-2 helpers for loading and unloading cases weighing up to 40lbs, while NJ drivers will independently handle all tasks. This is a physically demanding position requiring awareness of its physical nature.

Responsibilities

Drive an 18 ft box truck to assigned routes in NYC, Long Island, Hamptons, Philadelphia, or NJ.

Deliver alcohol to designated stores and restaurants.

Perform loading and unloading of cases weighing up to 40lbs.

Collaborate with helpers for city routes or operate independently in NJ.

Ensure timely and efficient deliveries across all stops.

Essential Skills

Experience driving a box truck.

Proficiency in loading and unloading trucks.

Ability to consistently lift up to 40lbs.

Capability to drive for extended periods.

Clean driving record.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edison, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
