Manufacturing Training Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS: This role will be responsible for managing the
development and implementation of processes, training materials and
content for the manufacturing training system. This role has leadership
accountability for processes related to training effectiveness,
including gathering and analyzing data, as well as reporting of metrics
and key performance indicators associated with manufacturing training.
The person in this role will provide informal coaching and guidance to
mentors and certified trainers as to the effective daily execution of
training delivery, for new hire and cross-training activities in a
