Job Title: LVN - Quality Improvement / Utilization Management Support

Location: West Hills, CA (Onsite)

Job Description:

In this role, you will support Quality Improvement (QI) and Utilization Management (UM) operations by working behind the scenes with QI Nurse Specialists and Medical Directors. Responsibilities include:

Reviewing clinical documentation, claims, and referrals

Preparing case summaries and presenting findings to the Medical Director

Tracking case details and ensuring documentation accuracy

Supporting quality improvement initiatives and care coordination

Ensuring services were rendered and assisting with provider complaint resolution

Maintaining compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards

Collaborating with nurses, coordinators, and leadership

Qualifications:

Active LVN license

Strong computer proficiency and data entry accuracy

Experience reviewing and analyzing claims and referrals

Ability to multitask and manage case volume

Managed care, UM/CM, or claims review experience is a plus

This is a Contract position based out of Canoga Park, CA 91304.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.50 - $40.00/hr.
