A little bit about our team:
The WMX Finance department manages the financials for WMX US and Europe, EMP, Songkick, and Warner Music Group Artist Services and leads intradepartmental teams to significantly improve revenue flow and drive business outcomes.
Your role:
The Finance Analyst will partner with various teams within WMX to assist with accounting and reporting processes, payment processing as well as analysis to ensure timely and accurate financial and artist reporting.
Here you'll get to:
Assist in preparation of data for artist statements: run financial reports, update schedules and cost trackers
Assist with month close: run reports, reconcile data, update schedules and trackers.
Assist with preparation of monthly financial analysis: run reports; update schedules; and analyze balances.
Manage artist tour supply merchandise invoicing process: work with product managers to gather necessary information, reconcile and track data
Manage the master list of financial coding for merchandise business. Assist shared services with invoices coding.
Processing high volume, time sensitive payments and billings for Warner Music Group's artists, vendors, and customers. Including PO and Invoice submissions, tracking approvals and verifying rush payments.
Manage all vendor set up and maintenance for the department; submit New Vendor forms to A/P for processing; follow up/ resolve and address any issues that might arise.
Coordinate purchase order activities; ensure proper approval and coding as well as prompt submission to A/P for processing; respond to all vendor inquiries.
Ensure all administration is in accordance with company's financial controls and company policies.
Help with ad hoc projects as needed.
About you:
Requires 2+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, or audit role
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong oral and written communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
We'd love it if you also had:
Ariba, SAP and Concur experience a plus

Salary Range: $70,000 to $75,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
