What you can expect at your practice:

Hiring a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) - Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Monday-Friday schedule with flexible hours to support work-life balance

Shared call rotation with the provider team:

One weeknight of call per week

Every sixth weekend

Opportunity to support high-quality patient care at Pleasant Acres Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Joining an established, collaborative practice consisting of:

Two physicians

Three Nurse Practitioners

Ideal for Nurse Practitioners seeking a rewarding role in long-term care, rehabilitation medicine, and complex adult care

Provide comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, and patient-centered services for adult and geriatric populations
