Our client, a leading logistics and warehouse management company, is seeking a CWR-Lead, Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a CWR-Lead, Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CWR-Lead, Warehouse Associate

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Pay Range:

Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 6am-2:30pm

What's the Job?

Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity goals are met

Instruct associates in proper equipment use, operational procedures, and safety standards

Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and merchandise reconciliation

Ensure team adherence to safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment

Assist in resolving operational issues to maximize associate efficiency and performance

What's Needed?

Minimum of 4 years of warehouse experience

Experience in a supervisory or leadership role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
