Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Worker Job Description

We are seeking experienced Warehouse Associates to join our team in Sterling, VA. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in warehouse operations and be comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling of inventory from receipt to shipment.

Responsibilities

Receive, process, store, and send inventory according to orders in the system.

Load and unload trucks and sea containers efficiently.

Organize incoming stock to maintain order and accessibility.

Ensure all orders are accurately shipped in full.

Essential Skills

Experience in unloading and loading inventory.

Proficiency in forklift operation.

Strong understanding of inventory management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience working in a warehouse environment.

Work Environment

This position operates on the 1st shift from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays for overtime. The work is conducted in a food manufacturing environment, requiring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Herndon, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
