Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $22 - $25 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Front Desk / Marketing Coordinator:

Greet clients and visitors in both English and Spanish with a professional and welcoming attitude

Manage a high volume of incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments

Assist in developing and executing local marketing campaigns to drive new business

Manage company social media accounts and engage with the local community online

Support sales efforts by following up on marketing leads and scheduling appointments

Maintain and update the customer database with accurate contact and lead information

Handle basic office administration tasks including filing, mail, and supply inventory

Create simple marketing materials or flyers to promote current services and events

Resolve client concerns or questions regarding services in a timely and professional manner

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required

Previous experience in a front desk or reception role

Demonstrated experience in marketing, social media management, or sales

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages

Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing software tools

High school diploma or equivalent, though a degree in marketing or business is a plus

Drug screening required
