Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations reports to the Director of Strategy & Operations for the US Hematology Franchise. This role supports multiple Hematology brand teams by coordinating the prioritization, scheduling, and planning of promotional materials through the PReP (MLR) review process, with input from brand champions. The Senior Manager interfaces with agencies and marketing stakeholders to ensure materials meet operating principles, timelines, and PReP requirements. The primary responsibility is to manage the digital content supply chain and facilitate the Promotional Review Process, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement to meet evolving brand and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
MLR/PReP Transformation & Content Orchestration
Intelligent PReP Facilitation: Support the prioritization and planning of commercial materials through the PReP process, applying risk-based Smart Routing with tiering to streamline reviews, routing content and materials to only the relevant Advisors to provide Medical, Legal, Regulatory or Editorial expertise.
Content-Type Optimization: Empower efficient reviews by tailoring the process to specific content categories: New, Updated, Derivative, and Direct Lift.
Strategic MLR Advisory: Facilitate sessions with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) advisors to ensure Champions receive targeted, decisive, and highly relevant advice.
Digital Supply Chain Management: Apply knowledge of Veeva PromoMats and AI-driven tools to automate routine compliance checks and enhance the flow of work.
Claims Library Stewardship: Utilize familiarity with claims management to drive efficient content re-use, ensuring a "single source of truth" for all promotional materials
Launch Excellence & Milestone Coordination
Strategic Launch Integration: Partner with Worldwide Commercialization Excellence to define the order of operations for tactical launch readiness and execution for US launches (new franchise or new indications).
Milestone Communications: Lead the coordination of all communications related to critical launch milestones, including pre-PDUFA training and post-approval updates.
Comprehensive Compliance Reviews: Oversee consistency reviews to align with label requirements and lead thorough reconciliation reviews to ensure audit readiness.
Proactive Advocacy: Monitor regulatory, label, or competitive shifts and proactively partner with brand decision-makers to prioritize content development before bottlenecks occur.
Velocity Tracking: Support a priority tracker for Day 0 and Day 1 materials, ensuring all submissions meet strict regulatory deadlines during the high-intensity launch period.
Operating Leadership & Continuous Upskilling
Upskilling & Improvement: Commit to continuous upskilling and the iterative improvement of ways of working to drive high-learning agility.
Decisive Communication: Drive action through clear and concise communication, ensuring teams maintain timeline adherence for all submissions.
Decision-Making Frameworks: Implement and adhere to the Marketing Decision Making Model, utilizing advanced frameworks to resolve risks to the workplan.
Cross-Matrix Collaboration: Navigate highly complex environments, connecting with Marketing, Strategy, Medical, and Legal to ensure seamless execution.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Required Expertise: Strong proficiency in Veeva PromoMats, AI integration in marketing workflows, and structured decision-making frameworks.
Process Mastery: Strong process orientation with experience leading teams through strict deadlines and complex stakeholder coordination.
Operational Agility: Commitment to agile ways of working and proactive project management.
Strategic Communication: Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with a focus on driving decisive business outcomes.

Compensation Overview:
Princeton - NJ - US: $122,910 - $148,938
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Paid Time Off
US Exempt Employees: flexible time off (unlimited, with manager approval, 11 paid national holidays (not applicable to employees in Phoenix, AZ, Puerto Rico or Rayzebio employees)
Phoenix, AZ, Puerto Rico and Rayzebio Exempt, Non-Exempt, Hourly Employees: 160 hours annual paid vacation for new hires with manager approval, 11 national holidays, and 3 optional holidays
Based on eligibility*, additional time off for employees may include unlimited paid sick time, up to 2 paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, and military needs and an annual Global Shutdown between Christmas and New Years Day.
All global employees full and part-time who are actively employed at and paid directly by BMS at the end of the calendar year are eligible to take advantage of the Global Shutdown.
*Eligibility Disclosure: T he summer hours program is for United States (U.S.) office-based employees due to the unique nature of their work. Summer hours are generally not available for field sales and manufacturing operations and may also be limited for the capability centers. Employees in remote-by-design or lab-based roles may be eligible for summer hours, depending on the nature of their work, and should discuss eligibility with their manager. Employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement should consult that document to determine if they are eligible. Contractors, leased workers and other service providers are not eligible to participate in the program.
