Leidosis pursuing the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Architecture and Common Shared Services contract andcurrently hasan opening for aServiceNowManagersupportingAWS, Azure, Google, and Oracle clouds. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience help modernize a leading, global-scalemulti-cloud environmentin support of a critical mission, supporting USAF system resiliency, security, and cost effectiveness.
Location:
These positions will behybrid remote. Candidates willbe requiredto work onsite as needed. Preferred candidates will belocatednear Hanscom AFB (Boston, MA) or work in Huntsville, AL.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Lead a group of5-15ServiceNowengineers to fulfill the requirements for the program
Install ServiceNow product/modules
Lead initiative to integratecommercial software into ServiceNow
Design/configure/develop/integrateproduct/modulesto meet business needs
Lead the implementation ofself-servicecatalog on ServiceNow.
Create,maintainand enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports
Create andmaintainForms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles
Assistwith creation and cataloging of business process flows
Document and track vendor software roadmaps for software and patch version updates, and unit test their software and perform code reviews
Technical Leadership
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions?
?Present architectural designs and recommendations to executive leadership?
?Mentor, guide and supervise teamsfor related activities?
Lead reviews and provide guidance on complex technical decisions?
Prepare detailed technical documentation to support development and operational processes
Collaborate with team members and provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering a learning environment
Act as theServiceNowengineeringmanager to assess employee performance, hire new employees, and ensure compliance with corporate training requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelorsandeight (8)years or more of experience;Mastersand six (6)years or more of experience.Additionalexperience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
5+ years of prior experience managing/leading teams/projects
Active Secret clearance at a minimum required to start
US citizenshiprequired
Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2)
??Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills?
?Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment ?
Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills?
??Familiarity withDevSecOpsprinciples and practices.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
Excellent customer service skills, with experience working in a customer-facing position?
?Experience with ServiceNow implementations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with USAF Cloud One or Platform 1
Cloud certificationsin AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle clouds
ServiceNow certification(s)

Pay Range:
Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
