The Doe Run Company is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehousing activities for The Doe Run Company to provide support to maintenance and operations to obtain equipment and materials to assure equipment availability. This position is located at our Buick Resource Recycling Division in Boss, MO.

Responsibilities:
Oversee day to day activities of warehouse operation within budgeted goals, including the receipt, logging, stocking, and distribution of materials into the warehouse. Oversee the delivery of parts to trend locations.
Partner with maintenance and operations teams to ensure needed parts are available for daily needs and upcoming projects. Assist internal customers to locate needed parts in the warehouse.
Record and track all inventory activity in and out of the warehouse. Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts of inventory. Track, compare and report the inventory plan vs. actual inventory. identify and resolve inventory errors.
Implement strategies to improve efficiencies within warehouse operations. Partner with purchasing to assure parts are available. Work with vendors on consignment of parts.
Shipments, manifest signatory as needed.
Train, coach, and counsel employees to learn policies and processes and to align performance with departmental goals and objectives.
Maintain EHS (environmental, health, and safety) compliance by holding direct reports accountable for adherence to EHS policies, procedures, and best practices; evaluating employee EHS performance via field observations and document review; reporting and correcting unsafe acts or conditions, incidents, and deviations; and providing feedback to support continuous improvement in EHS performance.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years experience in warehousing.
Minimum 2 years' supervision experience.
Valid driver's license
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and PeopleSoft (ERP)
Intermediate knowledge of industrial manufacturing
Strong communication skills to positively coach others in developing warehouse knowledge.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to use a computer/tablet; Frequently required to use loading/hauling equipment; Rarely required to drive personnel carriers.
Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions and wet, humid, cold, or hot (non-weather) conditions. Frequently required to work near moving mechanical parts. May be exposed to moderate noise levels. Regularly required to wear company provided PPE including but not limited to: a respirator, ear protection, eye protection, foot protection.
Frequently required to talk, hear, stand; Occasionally required to sit, grasp, push, stand, walk, feel the attributes of objects, reach with hands/arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, perform repetitive movement, and move up and down from/to sitting position on the floor; Rarely required to drive, climb; Requires clarity of vision at 20 feet or more and 20 inches or less.
Regularly required to lift up to 15 pounds; frequently required to lift 16-25 pounds; occasionally required to lift 26-50 pounds; rarely required to lift 51-100+ pounds.
