Supply Chain Analyst

Pay: $35-40/hour (based on experience)

Contract: 12-month contract (likely extension or conversion)

Location: Hybrid | Cary, IL (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

What You'll Be Doing

Planning, scheduling, and monitoring inbound material flow from suppliers

Developing and maintaining supply plans and production schedules

Analyzing material requirements and coordinating with Procurement, R&D, and Engineering

Supporting forecasting, S&OP / IBP, and operations planning activities

Maintaining planning parameters within ERP systems (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock)

Communicating order status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders

Preparing reports and analyses to support service, inventory, and cost objectives

What They're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or higher

2-3 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or contract management

Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems

Exposure to contracts or contract management processes

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Collaborative mindset and comfort in a fast-paced environment

This is a Contract position based out of Cary, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
