About Tanglewood Home to the famous Boston Symphony Orchestra, and the
site of one of the world\'s best-known music festivals, Tanglewood hosts
world-class orchestra and chamber music concerts, renowned popular

against the backdrop of the beautiful Berkshire Hills. Today Tanglewood
annually draws over 350,000 visitors. Each season offers not only a vast
quantity of music, but also a vast range of musical forms and styles,
all of it presented with a regard for artistic excellence that makes the
festival unique. About the Role We are seeking reliable and
customer-focused individuals to join our retail team. This role is ideal
for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys assisting
customers, and takes pride in delivering accurate and efficient service.
The position involves hands-on retail operations, merchandising support,
and a commitment to maintaining a positive shopping experience for every
customer. Job Responsibilities - Responsible for operation of
point-of-sale terminals and handling all retail transactions accurately
and efficiently. - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and
handle multiple tasks. - The ability to remain calm under pressure is a
must! - Must be able to stand for several hours. - Excellent customer
service skills and a willingness to obtain knowledge of the inventory. -
Required to assist customers on the retail floor and help with
merchandising projects as needed. Required Education and Experience -
High School or Equivalent. - 1-2 Years Retail Cashier experience a
plus. - Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. - Mandatory
background check. - Knowledge of classical music is helpful. - Full &
part-time positions available. - Must be available to work days, nights
and weekends. Pay Rate Range: \$17.50 - \$18.00 The BSO is an equal
