How you make a difference

The Telehealth Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of virtual services and drives continuous improvement across telehealth delivery. The role ensures effective cross-functional coordination, operational support, and strong engagement with site and organizational stakeholders. It manages provider onboarding, supports new site implementations, and maintains consistent communication with leaders to sustain service performance. The position leads performance reporting, data integration efforts, and quality assurance activities that support scalable telehealth operations. It also develops and supports workflows, training, and policies that enable efficient and effective virtual care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manages day-to-day telehealth operations, supports virtual service growth, and provides onsite involvement for new site implementations.

Coordinates across multidisciplinary teams and maintains communication with leaders to ensure aligned support and consistent service performance.

Oversees licensing coordination, data integration across EHR systems, and delivery of telehealth service reports and performance insights.

Leads onboarding, workflow development, training, and distribution of materials for site staff and virtual clinicians.

Supports service implementations through project management, stakeholder engagement, onsite/remote start-up assistance, and maintenance of virtual care policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field: computer science, health profession, administrative or related discipline.

Master's degree in a healthcare related field preferred.

Experience

Minimum of three (3) years of job-related experience, or post-graduate studies, or a combination.

Experience in the development, implementation, and management of healthcare services preferred.

Experience in telemedicine preferred.

Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
