We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to own and execute marketing initiatives that acquire and retain audiences for creator-led digital shows. The ideal candidate will be a strategic operator who can manage paid media campaigns, liaise with marketing agencies, oversee creative campaign development, and leverage Amazon's owned and operated marketing channels to drive audience growth. They should have experience leveraging digital and social content to grow creator communities, and comfort experimenting with new channels and tactics to achieve content growth objectives.
Key job responsibilities
Paid Media Management: Execute end-to-end paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to acquire new audiences for creator-led content. Manage campaign budgets, optimize performance metrics, and ensure efficient customer acquisition costs. Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for scaling successful initiatives.
Creative Campaign Oversight: Partner with creative teams and agencies to develop compelling marketing assets that resonate with target audiences. Provide strategic direction on messaging and positioning while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Test and iterate on creative approaches to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Amazon Channel Activation: Identify and activate opportunities across Amazon's owned and operated marketing channels. Build relationships with internal stakeholders and leverage self-service tools to secure placement and visibility for creator-led shows. Develop channel-specific strategies that align with audience behaviors and platform capabilities.
Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators including audience acquisition, engagement metrics, and return on marketing investment. Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Use data to inform strategic recommendations and optimize ongoing campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content teams, partner managers, finance to align marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals. Communicate campaign strategies, results, and learnings to leadership and partner teams.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience with marketing strategies in online and mobile channels
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance
Proven track record managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, Amazon DSP, or similar channels
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
Experience managing budgets
Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting
Experience with asset management, design workflows, or partnering with creative teams
Experience marketing entertainment, media, or creator-led content

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
