Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Part Time Flexible Security Officer for a Bank in Boston MA

Fridays 845 AM - 615 PM

Starting Pay is $22.15 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training / DailyPay Available

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and visitor flow. You will document observations, respond to requests, and communicate clearly while delivering customer-focused service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or members by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.

Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points, assist with visitor management, and verify credentials where required while maintaining a professional presence in public-facing areas.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate parties and/or emergency services as needed.

Document and report security-related events, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer Service Experience is preferred.

Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
