Position Overview

As a new graduate or early-career Electrical Engineer, you will work closely with experienced professionals to support the design, development, and testing of electronic components and systems. You'll get hands-on experience with the full product lifecycle and will play an important part in delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities

Assist with the development and refinement of electronic designs in collaboration with senior engineers.

Support the selection of electrical components, creation of schematics, and PCB layout (preferably using Altium, but training can be provided).

Participate in prototyping, feasibility testing, and evaluations for new and existing designs.

Help develop and execute test plans, and contribute to product qualification and validation activities.

Perform troubleshooting and assist with failure analysis of electronic assemblies.

Contribute to technical documentation, including design reports, test results, and user manuals.

Work with team members to engage with customers, helping gather product requirements and understand project goals.

Learn and apply industry-standard engineering practices and project management skills in a dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (recent graduates encouraged to apply).

Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB design tools such as Altium is a plus.

Understanding of electronic circuits (analog/digital) and basic serial interfaces (SPI, I2C, RS485, UART, USB).

Willingness to troubleshoot designs using standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, etc.).

Basic programming experience (C/C++ or Python) is beneficial, but not required.

Eager to learn and comfortable asking questions in a team setting.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Organized, dependable, and able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
