As a Security Officer - Driver Construction Patrol in Las Vegas, NV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors with strong customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. Pay Rate: $21.40 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.

Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, entrances, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Monitor access points and visitor flow by observing badge use, directing guests to proper check-in locations, and reporting access concerns per post orders.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from onsite personnel and/or emergency services as needed.

Complete required reports and logs, document incidents and patrol activity, and communicate security-related information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Supervisory Experience is required.

21+ Years of Age is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
