As a Security Officer - Construction Site Patrol in Millington, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence that helps to reduce security-related incidents. You will interact with team members and visitors, communicate clearly, and document activity using site technology. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse, yard, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Monitor access points and shipping and receiving areas, checking identification and/or credentials for employees, drivers, and visitors, and documenting entries, exits, and deliveries per site procedures.

Complete detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations, and communicate notable conditions to Allied Universal supervision and/or site management.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have at least 6 months of security experience.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
