Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Helper to join their team. As a Warehouse Helper, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting various warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Helper (Project)

Location: Charlestown, MA

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 8:30am to 4:30pm, M-F

What's the Job?

Building boxes, stacking, and monitoring robotic equipment

Performing lifting tasks weighing between 24-45 lbs

Standing for the full 8-hour shift to support warehouse operations

Communicating effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus

Adapting to as-needed, week-by-week scheduling to meet operational demands

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; training will be provided

Ability to lift 24-45 lbs regularly

Strong physical stamina and endurance for a full shift on your feet

Good English comprehension skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Flexibility to work on a week-by-week basis as scheduling varies
