Our client, a prominent organization in the industry sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be part of the support staff for the department, assisting department managers and their teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $22/hr

What's the Job?

Proficiency in two to three vendor software programs to support daily operations

Providing administrative support to one or two department managers and their staff

Performing word processing and editing existing documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism

Keying information into existing templates to streamline workflow

Maintaining and updating departmental databases to ensure data integrity

What's Needed?

Previous clerical or administrative experience is necessary

Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in relevant software programs

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
