Global Brand Imaging provides compelling and informative imagery that elevates the overall brand vision. To accomplish this, the team leverages modern technologies, specialized skill sets, and streamlined services. As part of ongoing growth and evolution, the Global Brand Imaging Product Logistics team is seeking a Product Logistics Clerk to support the execution of premium, accurate, and on-time product image creation from line plan through to retail launch.

This role works across multiple product categories, utilizing data and merchandise in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment. Qualified candidates will be highly detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, collaborative, proactive, solution-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound product/merchandise including staging, receiving, inventory put-away, and shipping

Participate in scheduled daily merchandising tasks required for shoot preparation

Partner with studio team members to facilitate timely and accurate delivery of merchandise

Support the Pre-Production team to ensure work is completed within established timelines while maintaining production priorities

Ensure quality and consistency by evaluating the condition of received merchandise through digital and physical tagging, tracking, monitoring status, and coordinating returns throughout the photo studio process

Understand and support the pre-production workflow

Maintain inventory accuracy and operational excellence

Perform daily, weekly, and seasonal tasks to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time

Process liquidation of merchandise once production is complete

Proactively identify and communicate merchandise issues to leads or supervisors

Maintain and organize inventory storage areas

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications / Experience

2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, customer service, retail, or stockroom environments

Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams

Technical aptitude

Advanced Excel skills preferred

Flexible and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude with the ability to perform well under pressure

Detail-oriented team player

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stretch, stand for extended periods, climb stairs, reach, and twist

Schedule

Monday - Friday, on-site (non-remote)

10:00am-6:30pm or 10:00am-3:00pm

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
