Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing ndustry, is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable to join their team. As an Accounts Payable/Receivable, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Payable and Receivable teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Payable/Receivable

Location: Boston, MA

Pay Range: $51/h + Benefits

What's the Job?

Review all invoices daily to ensure proper documentation and approval prior to payment.

Code invoices to appropriate accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice and expense reports.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business units, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Handle urgent or last-minute payment requests professionally and efficiently.

Collaborate with vendors to resolve payment and invoice discrepancies, ensuring timely processing.

What's Needed?

College degree or equivalent work experience in accounting or related field.

Optional certifications such as CAPA or CAPP are advantageous.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities.
