You will report to the Center Administrator and work in an onsite outpatient clinic environment at our Seneca location.

Interacts appropriately with patients and records information while greeting, checking-in, checking-out or scheduling appointments for patients.

Utilizes computer equipment and programs to add new patient information, prints out relevant forms for processing and schedule appointments.

Answers telephones, takes detailed and accurate messages, and ensures messages are directed to the appropriate individual.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality or Call Centers.

This role is considered patient facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Preferred Qualifications:

Value-based care model experience

Knowledge of Medical Terminology

Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records)

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$38,000 - $45,800 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
