Position Snapshot

Nestlé USA-Pizza Division in Little Chute, WI is hiring for 3rd Shift Team Leader positions! This dynamic role is not just about leadership; it's a hands-on opportunity that paves your path to becoming a Production Supervisor or stepping into functional leadership roles. Here, you'll gain invaluable experience in our processes while honing your management skills.

Shift Details : 3rd shift from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Compensation : Starting at 1.50 shift differential per hour

Work Schedule : 12-hour shifts

Benefits : Comprehensive package available after just 30 days of employment

Position Summary

As a Team Leader, you will set the standard for safety, product quality, and line performance. Your leadership will shape the daily culture and tone of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and conduct sanitation audits, food safety checks, and product quality assessments.

Facilitate effective communication among peers, team members, and Production Management.

Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Experience : Background in food manufacturing and production floor experience is preferred.

Continuous Improvement Mindset : Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or TPM is a plus.

Adapt communication styles to suit various audiences.

Foster a positive team atmosphere by coaching and supporting individuals for peak performance.
