Construction Laborer

Description

The technician will receive daily work instructions and work orders that will outline their day. Once the work orders are received, the carpenter techs will be responsible for the following:

Prepare trailers and units for delivery

maintenance of the units and furniture

loading and unloading furniture onto the units

utilizing hand and power tools to make repairs and servicing the units

Basic grounds maintenance

Have a high attention to detail and document their work throughout the full day

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues

Reporting issues

Having a safety mindset throughout the day

Must have: Steel Toes, 1 - 3 years of a construction, mechanically inclined, ability to use hand and power tools, ability to read and interpret work orders, detail oriented, ability to lift 50lbs Experience Level

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
