Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Portland, Tennessee. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to customers while handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.

Accurately process orders and ensure all customer information is entered correctly.

Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and concerns.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences.

Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.

Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.

Record and update customer information in company systems to maintain accurate records.

Handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.

Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and potential improvements. Requirements - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.

Ability to accurately enter data and process orders.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.

Familiarity with customer service software or tools.

Ability to multitask and remain organized in fast-paced settings.
